Talkilang values transparency and user satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for the subscription plans available on the platform.

1. Right of Withdrawal (7 days)

In accordance with Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, users who purchase a Talkilang subscription plan have the right to request cancellation and a full refund within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of payment confirmation.

The refund will be issued for the full amount paid.

No justification for the cancellation is required.

After the request is submitted, access to the platform may be suspended.

2. Cancellation After 7 Days

After the 7-day period:

• There will be no full or partial refund of amounts already paid.

• The user may cancel the subscription at any time to avoid future charges.

• Access to the content will remain active until the end of the already paid subscription period.

3. Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual Plans

Refunds will not be prorated for unused time after the legal 7-day period.

For promotional or discounted plans, the same cancellation and refund rules apply.

4. Automatic Renewal

Talkilang subscriptions are automatically renewed.

The user is responsible for managing the cancellation before the next billing date.

Charges made after renewal are non-refundable, except in cases required by law.

5. Technical Issues

If the user experiences technical issues that prevent the use of the platform:

• The Talkilang team must be contacted in order to attempt a solution.

• If the issue is proven to be the platform’s responsibility and is not resolved within a reasonable period, a refund may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request cancellation or a refund, the user must contact the official support channel:

The deadline for reviewing and processing the refund is up to 10 business days and may vary depending on the payment method used.
